Fitness and More Inc. DBA HeadNod Jiu Jitsu Edwardsville offers jiu jitsu training in the Edwardsville and Glen Carbon area. Our SMS program covers non-marketing appointment reminders and, with separate marketing consent, promotions about special offers, discounts, and service updates. The purpose and sender identity are disclosed before you choose a category.

Voluntary, Separate Consent

Both SMS checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. You may select one, both, or neither, and submit without SMS consent. Only categories you select are authorized. Consent is not a condition of purchase or services. Provide a phone number you own or are authorized to use. This website records your preferences and does not itself send SMS or automatically transfer contacts into GoHighLevel.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from this SMS program. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further program messages. To join again, provide fresh consent through the opt-in form. Send STOP to the actual messaging sender, which may differ from our support number. You may also contact support to withdraw consent.
